ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS:
All orders are acknowledged in writing to ensure the accuracy.

ARTWORK:
Clear, sharp, black & white camera ready artwork is required. For Laser Engraving, do not send art to size. We will size art in order to fit the required product.

For mulit-colored imprints, color separated art with registration mark is required.

For Photo Imaging process, a sharp, clear full color artwork is required. Clear Epoxy Coating applies on the finished product.

Rework or touch up artwork will incur extra charge. We will contact distributor for approval before any touch-up work is started.

Digital artwork: PC compatible format files in EPS, Illustrator EPS, Bitmap or Gif. Artwork sent via e-mail MUST be accompanied with a fax printout. E-mail art to: art@logoenhancer.com

CANCELLATIONS:
Cancelled orders are subject to a 15% cancellation charge in addition to all other costs incurred up to cancellation.

COPY CHANGES:
Personalization: Add $2.00 (G) to the unit cost. Typestyles with fine lines or serifs, or thick and thin script typestyles do not reproduce well. Block type such as Helvetica is recommended.

DROP SHIPMENT:
For Drop Shipments, add $15.00 (G) per destination.

OVER/UNDER RUNS:
Every effort will be made to ship the exact quantity ordered. However, for imprinted or Laser Engraved merchandise, Logo Enhancer reserves the right to ship up to 5% over or under the amount of the order.

PACKAGING:
Custom packaging is available at an additional cost. Contact Customer Service for special quotations based on individual requirements.

PMS MATCH:
Add $2.00 (G) for each PMS color match. Due to variations in material and inks, Logo Enhancer cannot guarantee exact PMS color matches. If an exact PMS color match is necessary, we suggest ordering a pre-production sample prior to placing a complete order.

PRICING:
For quantities exceeding end column quantities, please contact Customer Service for pricing.

PROOFS:
No Charge for Paper Proofs. Pre-production Samples: $35.00 (G) plus Set Up plus cost of item.

RANDOM SAMPLES:
Random samples are billed at end quantity prices and are not refundable.

RETURNS:
Merchandise found to be incorrect due to Logo Enhancer's error will be replaced at no cost if returned within 30 days of receipt of the merchandise. A return authorization number from Logo Enhancer is required prior to any returns. Merchandise returned with no authorization number will not be accepted and will be retuned to sender.

RUSH SERVICE:
Standard Production time is 7-10 days for domestic process. Orders required to complete within 5 working days will required a Ruch Charge of $60.00 (G).

SHIPPING:
F.O.B. Los Angeles, CA. Freight prepaid and added to invoice.

TERM:
Net 30 day on approval credit only. All major credit cards accepted.
